The location is truly beautiful and natural, providing a serene getaway. The dining experience was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Unfortunately, some facilities feel outdated, and cleanliness left something to be desired. Yet, the staff displayed an enthusiastic attitude, making our stay enjoyable and worth a revisit.

The stay included a wonderfully comfortable Junior Suite with access to the Hot Park and Parque das Fontes. The staff provided exceptional hospitality, especially Isabela, who offered great assistance during our stay. The dining experiences at both breakfast and dinner were impressive, with a wide selection available. However, some facilities appeared dated, and cleanliness could be improved.

Amazing family getaway!

The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was comfy, and we loved the easy transfers to the hot parks. Food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the desserts. Just wish they had more options for breakfast. Overall, a perfect place for kids to have fun!

The room layout was good, offering spacious areas for my family. We enjoyed the access to the Hot Park, which kept the kids entertained throughout our stay. The location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions, making our trip easier overall.

However, we did not use the pool area, as it seemed overcrowded during our visit.

However, the room needs significant improvements. the toilet was unstable, the mattress felt decades old, and the bathroom amenities were lacking. While the staff were generally accommodating, a few were less friendly and contributed to a less inviting atmosphere.

We had an exceptional experience with the delightful breakfast spread and the beautiful pool area along with the spacious room, making our stay undoubtedly enjoyable. I'd choose it again!

We enjoyed two nights in a Junior Suite, loved the varied food options at the onsite restaurants. Make sure to arrive early to maximize your time at the hot park, as check-in can be time-consuming! The fun pools were a highlight, but watch out for sharp edges.
